I have the same problem. How is it possible Telenet have not fixed this yet? I was lucky to get through twice to customer support yesterday who told me ‘they are working on it and will add my details to the file’ I had a good experience with the support staff, very polite and friendly. In the end it is not their fault so there is no need to become angry towards them. It seems more and more customers are being caught in this issue everyday. Come on Telenet SORT THIS OUT
