Instead of referring people to ‘YouTube Support’ it would be more appropriate for Telenet to own up to this issue: it only happens on their network, not so on Proximus 5G or their fixed network. Moreover, when using a VPN the issue immediately dissappear so it is not a bandwidth issue either. While the cost of their plans continuously goes up and they are keen to upsell customers, the service of Telenet is increasingly deteriorating, NOT a good thing.
