Did you try the steps BIPT lists when a provider is not very cooperative? From https://www.bipt.be/consumers/telephone-internet-tv/rights-and-obligations/free-modem-choice: Your provider does not offer a free choice Does your modem comply with the rules, but does the provider not cooperate? Write a letter or e-mail to the provider requesting a solution within a reasonable time. If there is no good solution, you can turn to the Office of the Ombudsman for Telecommunications for mediation. Report your problem to the BIPT as well so that it can keep track of the providers who are not following the rules. I'm getting a fiber connection from Wyre in February with Telenet internet activated afterwards and am really interested in a solution for a clean setup as well. Been running a bridged setup on a Proximus BBOX for years now, somewhat surprised that Telenet seems to make this so difficult 😕
