Dear Telenet Support Team, I am currently experiencing difficulties with configuring NAS device through my Telenet router's web interface (accessed via your Telenet.be portal). After applying the static IP settings as advised, I can ping external IP address, but network resources become unreachable. This prevents me from accessing both the NAS and other devides from the internet. Here are some important details regarding the setup and issue: Router access: via Telenet.be web cabinet Static IP configuration: entered in the "Static Route" section Symptoms: VPN server is reachable, I can to connect to the VPN server. Unable to ping local NAS device or access its shared files Attempts made: Verified correct IP address, subnet mask, and gateway entries Restarted router after configuration Checked firewall settings on NAS and router Tried to connect via DMZ. Made port forwarding for 1701, 500, 450 Tried to get my NAS via PPTP, L2TP - Connect to VPN, but can't reach out any ip in my local network(192.x.x.x). Network details: NAS IP intended: 192.x.x.170 Gateway: 192.x.x.1 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Could you please assist in verifying if the static route configuration in your system requires additional parameters or if there are any special considerations for your network environment? Additionally, could you confirm if any port forwarding or firewall rules need adjustment to maintain connectivity after setting static IPs?
