@TomBerg schreef: Dear Telenet Support Team, Dear Tom De Netweters is not Telenet Support. This is a client forum. If you want to reach support (in English) please see Contact us | Telenet Warning, they usually don't help with these kinds of issues as it's not standard. @TomBerg schreef: Static IP configuration: entered in the "Static Route" section Telenet doesn't provide Static IP or Static Route configuration on their modems (it's a modem/router combo, but since Telenet calls it a modem I will also do so). What did you enter exactly and where? @TomBerg schreef: Network details: NAS IP intended: 192.x.x.170 Gateway: 192.x.x.1 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 I'm assuming you manually entered a static IP on the device itself? Please use 192.x.x.2 - 192.x.x.99. Everything past 192.x.x.100 is in the DHCP range of your Telenet modem @TomBerg schreef: Attempts made: Verified correct IP address, subnet mask, and gateway entries Restarted router after configuration Checked firewall settings on NAS and router Tried to connect via DMZ. Made port forwarding for 1701, 500, 450 Tried to get my NAS via PPTP, L2TP - Connect to VPN, but can't reach out any ip in my local network(192.x.x.x). So using an external network connection, you connected to the VPN successfully but are then unable to reach any device connected to the VPN?
