calling from UK

Hi, sorry i am posting in English, i live in Overijse and just had a telenet line (plus internet installed), i have an 02 445 XXXX number, i can call the UK (landline and mobile), and UK mobiles can call me, however no UK landline can call my Belgian landline, any ideas how to solve ? bedankt

Hi, it's maybe a stupid question, but are you sure that they type the country code like this 00322445XXX or +322445XXX  

Cell Phones do this automatically ...
