Following up on my previous post, I submitted the form to Telenet, and they've now responded (text message). They're asking me to contact the manufacturer of my XGS-PON module (Zaram) to confirm compatibility and then to instruct Zaram to contact Telenet's engineering team directly. While I will certainly try to fulfill this request, I have some doubts about whether a company like Zaram will engage in this kind of direct, customer-initiated technical liaison with a local ISP. It feels like a long shot. Nevertheless, I'm committed to being patient and trying to make this work. I truly hope Telenet will also make the necessary effort from their end.
