If I understand well .. you previously was using a Telenet cable modem in bridge. By definition this was the CV8560E (E-router), as this is the only Telenet modem, which can be used in bridge mode, correct? The technician now tried to install the Fiberbox (F(a)ST5685LGB-TN) - but wasn't successful Then tried to install the Zaram XGS-PON, which wasn't successful either Now you are back on cable with the CV8560E, but the bridge is not working anymore (because the cable modem is not available anymore in "My telenet"... I guess the best thing is indeed to keep using the cable modem (without bridge), waiting for the next technician to come and install the Telenet Fiberbox first - before you switch to the Zaram in a 2nde step 🙂 ...
