Impossible de recevoir des mails sur Webmail

Hello,

I will write this message in english and french for both communities.

I can't seem to authenticate a ovh email account to my email client, Spark Client. and this only via my Telenet Network.

it seems linked to the outgoing SMTP port 587 (STARTTLS)

I can receive emails on all networks and devices but as soon as i connect to my Wifi or Ethernet cable. my email clients get an authentication error message when trying to send emails. and the email remains in the Outbox. 

so i've targeted the problem to my Telenet Internet Service Provider or Modem configuration.

Has anyone incounted this problem before and how did you solve it. Telenet Technical Support are only offering to reboot my modem... which i can very well do by myself from the Telenet website under modem configuration.

Je peux recevoir des emails sur tous les réseaux et appareils mais dès que je me connecte à mon Wifi ou Ethernet (PC). mes clients de messageries reçoivent un message d'erreur d'authentification quand jenvoie des mails et il termine par rester dans mon dossier Outbox.

j'ai donc ciblé le problème sur la configuration de mon fournisseur d'accès Internet ou de mon modem Telenet.

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème et comment l'avez-vous résolu. Le support technique de Telenet propose uniquement de redémarrer mon modem... ce que je peux très bien faire moi-même depuis le site Web de Telenet sous la configuration du modem.

• Username: my ovh email
• Password: my ovh password

Outbox Server (SMTP)

• SMTP Server: pro3.mail.ovh.net
• Port: 587
• Requires SSL: Yes (STARTTLS)
• Username: my ovh username
• Password: my ovh password

Could this be an issue related to Telenet's router IPv4/IPv6 Firewall?

don't feel like trying to disable it to see and would rather have a new rule for Port 587 if this is the source of the issue.
