How to reset the password of Telenet wi-free?

I tried to reset the password using my internet login, however it is not working. I am looking to reset the password of telenet wi-free.
The password of Telenet wi-fi is not working anymore. Can anyone please help?

Hi,

To use Telenet Wi-free, u need your same login and password as the one of my telenet (mijn telenet) for IOS, laptop or pc.

To use Telenet Wi-free u need these settings:

Link Telenet Wi-free settings 

If u don't remember your password for my telenet (mijn telenet), you can go to the login page of My Telenet, and click on the button forgot it, and make a new one.

@DeLLiAnO I already tried to reset the password. But its not working on Telenet wi-free.

It only works on Mijn Telenet.

Did you verify that Wi-Free is enabled? Perhaps It got disabled during the update to the new interface

My telenet (mijn telenet) - homenetwork (thuisnetwerk)- your homenetwork (je thuisnetwerk) - general (algemeen) - wi-free (turned On) If it's not turned "ON", you don't have access to use Telenet wi-free.

In case it is Enabled, you normaly should have access to Telenet wi-free signal. Depending on what device you are, you need the exact settings for that device. In some cases you don't need to fill in your userid/password, in other cases you have to.(the one u are using to login into my telenet)

Did you already checked the link i posted before, on how to use the right configuration for the right device? You didn't post if you already tried the configuration that is explained in the article. I'm just asking it, so we can exclude this for sure. 

By the way, on wich device are you trying to connect to the telenet wi-free signal?

@Milalix @DeLLiAnO wi-free is be default enabled in the thuisnetwerk pagina. I tried to connect the wi-free on both android & iPhone devices.

Can you take a screenshot of both devices, when this error happens or what kind of error you see?

TelenetWiFree doesn't always require a password for Android.

Remember, you can not connect to TelenetWiFree through your own modem.

I already said these things, as also the same link, but @keyur says it still does not work.

I can see two times telent wifi. One is very weak it some where my street. And i see a strong one and is my self. Believe or not but i'm loget in to my on telenet wifi free. And i use smart phone with android.

This is resolved.

instead of using internet login xxxx, we should use the login email address to access the wi-free going forward.
