Host Pakket Verlies

Nederlands is niet mijn eerste taal dus dit is google translate op zijn best. Ik gebruik een applicatie die pakketverlies ondervindt. Internet werkt maar deze applicatie disconnnects. Ik heb meerdere MTR-rapporten uitgevoerd tijdens het aangevraagde probleem. Het probleem is aan het tonen tussen twee telenet-apparaten. Elke hulp wordt gewaardeerd. Ik heb technische ondersteuning geroepen en zij kunnen niet helpen. Dank u!

If you're having packet loss between two Telenet products and they are both in warranty, just ask for a technician. Just make sure you tested everything in between: cables, switches, routers, powerlines, ... or the intervention may not be without costs.

Your modem is always in warranty by the way.

In case you are just looking for a Telenet destination IP adress maybe just ping www.telenet.be to find out if there is also a significant packet loss to this destination (please make sure to connect your PC in UTP to the TNT modem)

Thanks for the reply.  My router is 192.168.01. The packet loss seems to happen beyond my router between two telenet devices. Complicating things is that it only happens with one application/host.  I don't have issues otherwise.  When I called tech support they said they could not help with this.
