My Medion Fitness can't connect Medion.com

We have a telenet modem, asus wifi router, d-link switch

I use an app called Medion Fitness android and this gives an error when I try to sync it with Medion Cloud. We have the Asus as wifi router, while the Telenet Modem sucks with wifi.

Apparantly this app can't find the Asus router, can this be helped?

Tell me..

I already contacted Medio.com and their community, sofar no help was given.

To our amazement it suddenly did connect, also the leaderboard was restored, no friends requests any more, I was impressed. Apparently my bombardement of emails and such have resulted or at least made un impression on the guys. Now is the time to add an option which I requested long ago, the download of your precious data stored in this Medion Cloud Service. I wrote to the author, programmer in Essen, and he said it was big NO NO. Come on I use MySgr from Roche and there you got 3 formats you can download your data, so why no on Medion Fitness. Sure there is a way to do it, I'm counting on it. Shalom for a change.....

Try dividing your wireless network into 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Sometimes devices have a hard time connecting when there is only 1 network.

Mijn vermoeden is dat de cloud server onbereikbaar is is omdat ze DOWN is

Down wil zeggen dat ze uit staat, voor onderhoud etc.

Maar de site zelf is wel bereikbaar...

We finally managed to log in with our Facebook account, but all our data  has been wiped out. Thank you for that, but should be nice that our data would be safe.

And retrievable by the user of the Cloud Service, now it's not.

We coupled it also to Google fit so on our HTC m8 is the Google fit app and on our Lenovo Tab 10 the Medion fitness app.

We think it's rather strange to have your precious sport data going to waste,other wise it could be in other formats like the Accu-chek does with it's diabetic data, so one could have in Excell graphic details of one man's performance.

Again we can not stress enough when you want to compete with other brands in the field, you must give people the right tools.

This Medion fitness app needs an overhaul a new one should be nice.

Now it is in shambles.

A very disappointed customer.

Also your feedback messages look like a peace of **bleep**, giving ticket numbers which are not followed up, why is that?

Also it is very strange that I can have connection trough Facebook login and not via the app itself. For I removed the app from my HTC m8 and installed it on my Lenovo Tab 10. This phenomenon happened on the Lenovo too. There is something going on with the Medion cloud service. Tell me what...
